These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Belleza Makeover Studio & Academy (“Belleza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to all clients booking services, using our website, or enrolling in our academy. By engaging with Belleza, you accept and agree to abide by these terms.

Appointments & Bookings
Booking Confirmation: To secure your appointment with Belleza Makeover Studio & Academy, an advance payment is required. This advance confirms your booking and ensures that we set aside the necessary time and resources for your session.
➤ Please note that advance payments are strictly non-refundable. This means that even in the case of cancellations or no-shows, the advance payment will not be returned under any circumstances.

 

Arrival Time: Clients must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment. This ensures that we have enough time for preparation, and that the session can start promptly. Arriving late may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling depending on our availability, which could incur an additional charge or loss of service time.

 

Changes to Appointments: Once an appointment is confirmed, any changes or cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy below. Any last-minute cancellations, without notice, will result in the loss of the advance payment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their booking only within a specified time frame to receive a partial refund or reschedule. You can cancel or request a change up to 90 or 180 days before the scheduled appointment.
➤ If you cancel after this period, the advance payment will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

 

Reschedule Policy: If you wish to reschedule your session, please do so at least 90 or 180 days before the scheduled date. Any requests for changes made after this period may not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of Belleza.

 

Emergency Cancellations: In cases of emergencies (such as illness or force majeure), we will try our best to accommodate your rescheduling requests, but this will depend on availability and may still require the forfeiting of the advance.

 

 

Photo & Media Consent
Use of Images & Videos: By booking with Belleza, you consent to the use of your makeover photos, videos, and other media taken during your session. These materials may be used for promotional purposes such as:

  • Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Website

  • Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, advertisements)

We always seek client consent before publishing any images or videos that clearly identify you. If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be shared, please inform us prior to your session, and we will respect your wishes.

 

Sharing on Platforms: The media shared by Belleza will be used in a manner that represents the high standards and quality of our work. This includes posting images, tagging clients, and showcasing work on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and the Belleza website.

 

 

Payment Terms
Advance Payment: All bookings require an advance payment to confirm the reservation. This advance ensures that your slot is secured and prevents last-minute cancellations that affect other clients.
➤ Please note that advance payments are strictly non-refundable. Once paid, the amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

 

Modes of Payment Accepted: We accept the following methods of payment:

Online Payments via PayU: Our online payment gateway is secure and supports multiple payment options, such as credit cards, debit cards, UPI, etc.

In-hand Cash: Clients can also pay in cash for in-person bookings or appointments. A receipt will be provided for all cash transactions.

➤ If paying via cash, please ensure that you receive a confirmation receipt for your payment. We cannot accept any liability for payments not documented with a receipt.

 

Remaining Balance: The remaining amount, after the advance payment, should be settled in full on the day of service. The balance can be paid via any of the accepted methods, either before or after the session. If the remaining balance is not paid, we reserve the right to withhold services.

 

No Financial Details Stored: Belleza Makeover Studio & Academy does not store any sensitive payment details such as credit card numbers or bank account details. All transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment platforms.

 

Late Payment: Any delayed payments or outstanding balances after the session may result in refusal of service. Additionally, non-payment will result in being blacklisted from future appointments.

 

 

Travel & On-location Services
On-Location Services: Belleza provides on-location services in addition to studio-based makeovers. If you require our services to be provided at a location other than our studio, additional travel charges may apply.

Travel Costs: If we travel to a location for a service, the travel costs (such as transportation fees, accommodation if required, etc.) will be discussed and confirmed before the booking.

Client's Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate location information and ensuring access to the location.

 

 

Client Responsibilities
Providing Accurate Information: Clients are required to provide accurate and truthful information when booking appointments, especially regarding personal details, allergies, and any other health-related matters that may affect the services provided.

Pre-Service Communication: Clients must inform Belleza in advance of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. Failure to disclose such information may result in adverse reactions, and Belleza shall not be held responsible for any such issues.

On-Time Arrival: Clients must ensure they arrive on time for their appointments. A delay of more than 30 minutes may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule, incurring additional charges or forfeiting the session.

 

 

Academy Student Guidelines
Punctuality: All students enrolled in the Belleza Academy are expected to arrive on time for classes and workshops. Lateness will be recorded and may affect attendance.

 

Behavior: Students are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner. Shouting, disruptive behavior, or rudeness is not tolerated in the academy.

 

Discipline: Students should maintain good manners, show respect to instructors and peers, and follow the guidelines set by Belleza. Any violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action or expulsion from the academy.

 

Hygiene and Grooming Standards: As part of training in the beauty industry, students must maintain a high level of personal hygiene and grooming.

 

 

Service Modifications & Policy Updates
Service Changes: Belleza reserves the right to modify or change the services offered, including but not limited to pricing, types of services, and the terms of service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our website, social media platforms, or email.

 

Policy Updates: Belleza may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

 

 

Liability Disclaimer
Skin Reactions & Allergies: Belleza takes every possible precaution to avoid adverse reactions during makeup or skincare treatments. However, we cannot be held liable for any skin reactions or other issues arising from undisclosed allergies or conditions.

Force Majeure: In case of force majeure (unforeseen events like natural disasters, accidents, etc.), Belleza is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by such incidents. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or find alternative arrangements where possible.

 

 

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Belleza’s services or these Terms & Conditions will be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction in India.
